02 Account Registration

Every individual who wishes to use the full huat356 service must register one valid account. Registration is free and can be completed in just a few minutes.

• Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Holding more than one account is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
• Huat356 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) on any account at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests.
• Account passwords are entirely the user's responsibility. huat356 is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from a user's failure to keep their password confidential.
• Accounts registered using false information or another person's identity will be terminated immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

03 Deposit & Payment

Huat356 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of secure and trusted local payment methods. All financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.
• Successful deposits are usually credited to your huat356 account within minutes. If a delay occurs, please contact our customer support.
• Huat356 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment service provider.
• All deposits credited to an account are non-reversible except with explicit approval from huat356 management.
• Huat356 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Wins can be withdrawn at any time subject to the following conditions. huat356 is committed to processing valid withdrawal requests promptly.

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. No maximum daily withdrawal limit is set for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.
• All withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as the huat356 account.
• Huat356 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any large withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there is any suspicious activity currently under investigation on the account concerned.
• Any winnings obtained through suspected fraudulent means, software bug exploitation, or bonus abuse may be fully forfeited.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

05 Bonus & Promotions

Huat356 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to add value to your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new user who registers with unique and valid information.
• Huat356 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being exploited, abused, or obtained through fraudulent means.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within the validity period will expire automatically.
• Huat356 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Game Rules

All games offered at huat356 — including slots, fish shooting, bingo, sports, betting, and Live Casino — have specific rules that all players must follow.

• All game outcomes generated by an audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical disruption that causes a round or wager to be incomplete will be resolved in accordance with huat356's prevailing policy.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Player collusion in multiplayer games is a serious violation that may result in disciplinary action.
• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless stated otherwise in the specific game rules.

07 Account Security

Huat356 uses the latest security technology to protect your account and personal information. However, account security is also a shared responsibility between the platform and the user.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an added layer of security — this feature is available for free in your account settings.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact huat356 customer support immediately.
• Huat356 will never ask for your account password via email, phone, or any external communication channel. Be vigilant against phishing attempts.
• All activities carried out through your account are your responsibility unless unauthorized access is proven and reported to us within 24 hours.

08 Account Termination

Both parties — the user and huat356 — have the right to terminate the platform usage relationship subject to the conditions stated.

• Users may request account closure at any time by contacting huat356 customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once verification is complete.
• Huat356 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
• In cases of serious violations such as fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation, huat356 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account concerned.
• Account termination does not release the user from any outstanding obligations or responsibilities.
